Fall Fashion | Maroon Maternity Maxi

Maxi dresses are my jam, as you probably can already tell. You see, I liked them before I was a mom but now, they're absolute perfection. You want to know why?

1. You don't have to choose an entire outfit since the maxi is your entire outfit (because no mom has time for trying on outfit after outfit anymore). Anyone else use to stand in front of the closet for hours trying on everything you owned before deciding on something? That way me for years and I'm so glad that phase is over with.

2. You can chase a toddler and bend over in a maxi, without flashing anyone. I find myself picking things up off the ground at least 34 times a day because for some reason, it's super fun for toddlers to throw things on the ground. Anyone else with me?

3. Maxi's look great on everyone! They're slimming and flattering and that's just the pick-me-up we need, sometimes. I know when I'm having a rough day, looking and feeling great is just what I need to pick up my mood.

4. They can be worn for any season and any occasion! Layer them up, dress them up, dress them down and you're set!

What isn't there to love?

I've been filling up my wardrobe with cute maxi dresses ever since I had Ava and now that I've realized that I can totally rock maternity clothes, the possibilities are endless! And best of all, the next time I'm pregnant, no shopping will be needed. So today, I'm showing off this burgundy floral maxi maternity dress that's probably the comfiest item of clothing I own. It's stretchy, it's silky soft and that criss cross accent in the front? I die.
